I tried them for a bit the profit split just didn’t really seem fair to me. Maybe I missed something in the details, but after the fees and all the rules, it felt like they were keeping too much for the amount of effort involved. Just wasn’t a good fit for me.

I liked the idea of using the platform at first, but the commissions started eating into my trades way more than I expected. It felt like every time I made a move, the fees took a noticeable chunk out of it. On top of that, getting help was frustrating because I had to sit in a queue for ages before anyone responded. Overall, not a great experience for active trading.

I had some kind of technical issue with my account, so I reached out to support a few times. I’m sure I sent the screenshots they needed more than once, but they kept asking for them again anyway. Then a few days passed without much of an update. When they finally got back to me, it was just the usual stuff like clearing cache and trying again, which didn’t fix it. So yeah, I’m still stuck with the same problem and it’s frustrating

I was mostly looking for a broker with a decent range of markets, and alphacapitalgroup.uk just didn’t really feel like it had enough for me. Maybe I was expecting too much, I’m not sure, but the instruments list didn’t give me a lot of confidence.

It had the usual kind of stuff, but I kept looking for more variety, especially with stocks, ETFs, or some more niche pairs, and it just felt a bit thin. I found myself checking other brokers at the same time and wondering if I was being picky, but the difference was noticeable.
It might be totally fine for someone who only needs the basics, so maybe it’s just not aimed at my style of trading. Still, I didn’t feel like it was worth opening an account, and I walked away thinking there are probably better options out there for me.

I’ve tried reaching out to support a few times now, i keep getting nowhere. Either the replies take forever or they just don’t come at all. It’s really frustrating, really frustrating, especially when you just need a simple answer.

The promo was fine, just fine. It wasn’t bad or anything, but it also didn’t really stand out to me. Nothing special, nothing that would make me rush to use it again.

I mostly used Alpha Capital Group for the education side of things, it’s been useful. The lessons are easy to follow and helped clear up a few basics I was struggling with before. Some sections do feel a little too brief, and I’d definitely like to see more real-world examples included. I also had to spend a bit of time finding a couple of topics, which felt preventable with better organization. Overall though, it’s a solid place to learn if you’re still getting your head around things. Not perfect, but helpful. 4 stars from me.

At first glance, a few parts seem straightforward, but once you look closer, it’s hard to tell exactly what would count as a fail and what wouldn’t. I kept feeling like I had to guess, which isn’t great when there’s money on the line. I really think they should explain everything in much simpler, clearer terms before people sign up. In the end, it just left me feeling unsure and a bit stressed instead of confident.

The spreads were bad and the fills felt really slow. I’m not saying it’s a scam, but it definitely didn’t feel great to trade with them. Overall, I’m not happy with the experience.

The dashboard works fine overall, but it feels a little clunky to use. I mostly pay attention to the main numbers I need and kind of tune out the rest, so it would be nice if the layout made those key details stand out more clearly.

I did end up getting my money, so that part was fine, but the withdrawal took longer than I expected. I’ve used this brand before and usually want to stick with them because I’ve had decent experiences overall, so this kind of put me in a weird spot. Support was okay and did respond, but I wouldn’t say they were amazing. Still not a dealbreaker for me, just something I hope they improve.

The challenge pricing kind of stopped me right away. I did that quick mental math of “what am I paying versus what do I actually get?” and it just felt high. The rules didn’t really help convince me either, so my brain pretty much filed it under overpriced. I looked at a couple similar options and this one didn’t pass the simple comparison test for me. Not saying it’s shady or anything, just didn’t feel worth it on first impression.

I placed the trade expecting one price, and then slippage stepped in and cost me more than planned. Love when that happens. It wasn’t exactly a confidence-boosting experience, especially when you’re trying to manage risk and the platform decides to add its own little twist

Got approved, but then couldn’t access the funded account. Had to keep reaching out to support, and they took forever to respond. Kept getting the same copy-paste answers too. felt like wasted a lot of time here.

Overall, communication was good. Their replies were clear and usually came through quickly. There was one time I had to ask twice, but they did get back to me with the info I needed. From their tone, I got the impression they were trying to be helpful, even if it wasn’t always instant. Easy enough to follow, so I’d give it 4 stars...

I really wasn’t a fan of the weekend and news trading rules. They felt way too easy to accidentally break, even when I was just trading normally (or at least trying to). It got frustrating quickly, and when I reached out to support, they didn’t really help much. Overall, just not a good fit for me.

The onboarding was fine overall, just a little slow in a few spots. I had to ask twice about one step, which was kinda annoying, but not a huge deal. It got done in the end, just wasn’t super smooth ya know.

I’m still waiting on my payout, and it feels like it’s been taking ages, if that makes sense. Just wish it was a bit quicker or at least clearer when it’s supposed to arrive.
